Wow, you guys! HAPPY 2025 EVERYBODY!! WOEHOE! This is the year that your dreams are going to come true and you’re going to fight for your goals. I know it! Omg I’m having so many amazing things planned for 2025. So I for one am so so so happy that this year finally started. My new website is live as of TODAY and I couldn’t be more proud. I’ve been super busy with upgrading my coaching packages and courses, that are also live starting today. And I just know that 2025 is going to be a FIERCE year for me and everybody that I get to work with and help this year. We’re going to achieve your goals this year girl!

Now that I have that out of my system.. In this blog post we’re talking about how to get hired in 2025. Because we want to get hired for our dream job this year, right? That’s what we’re going for! And it’s such a MAJOR difference with what you had to do to get hired in 2015, which was 10 years ago. Just let that sink in. Yes, 2015 was 10 years ago!

We’re sick and tired of that job that doesn’t give us the things that we want in life. That’s SO 2024! This year, we’re going to make it happen! But how? That’s what we’re talking about today.

It’s just so important to do it the way that I’m about to tell you. Or are you going to repeat what you did in 2024? Just making a random resume and send it to 100s of companies, hoping you get a reply, that you aren’t getting? No. Unless that’s what you want for 2025 as well, but I’m guessing it’s not. You want to start doing it right this time. You want to get something out of it. Something amazing. Your freaking dream job!

It will bring you so much joy at work, but please don’t forget how you will be at home. Because currently you’re probably cranky as hell because you hate your job, right? How do you think that that affects the people around you? If you’re around happy people, you become a happier person. If you’re around people that constantly complain, guess what that does to you? You’re starting to feel miserable as well. You don’t want to be responsable for that right? You want to make your loved ones happy. Besides having a happier home and being happier at your job and that you are actually excited about going to work, you will get a better salary and benefits package. Will 2025 finally be the year that you buy that house? That you book that vacation? Yes it can all be happening this year! Your personal brand

So, let’s start discussing personal branding. Everybody already has a personal brand. It’s who you are. But how do you find it, get clear on it and use it in your applications? Yes, that one is a little bit trickier. The first thing I can tell you, is that you want to know your what, how and why. What do you do? How do you do it? What do you do differently than others? And most importantly: why do you do it? What is your purpose? My free guide will help you go even further than this, so definitely check that out. But this is where you want to start. Before you can even answer those questions in a way that’s going to help you, you have to dig deep. You have to go to the core. Again, my free guide will help you out with that.

My signature framework ASF, which stands for Applicant Sales Funnel, is there to show you that we don’t go anywhere without the personal brand, as that is the very base of it all. After your personal brand, comes your LinkedIn profile, then your resume and lastly your cover letter.

Once you’re clear on your personal brand and you’re ready to use it, you want to start with implementing it onto your LinkedIn and after that your resume and cover letter. After you’ve implemented your personal brand, you want to make it visually appealing. How can you make sure that the eyes on your LinkedIn and application get interested? Make sure that the things that are important, stand out and that they notice that right away. On your LinkedIn the best way to do that is your banner, and on your resume it’s your summary. Show them who you are and why you’re so amazing.
