It All Began When They Said "No."

Well, actually it began before that. I was working as a hotel receptionist and I was drained everyday. So eventually a day came by that I had enough and I decided to do something else.

But where to start? LinkedIn? Resume? Career events? It was such a struggle and the not knowing costed me so much time and money. Until I found it out, changed careers into recruitment, started career coaching and never been happier and more fulfilled in my career.

I knew what i wanted and i was willing to work hard to be able to get it.

Morning affirmations, meditating, intermittent fasting, yogurt with fruit, and exercise for a healthy brain & body.

YOU CAN FIND ME:

Bullshit, fluff, injustice, only 1 vacation a year, doing things just because society wants you to.

I'm NOT ABOUT:

Straight talk, strong drinks, short emails, data, and cutting out the 'meh' to make room for the very best.

I BELIEVE IN:

Pretty much all of the ambitious women that come to me because they're interested in working with me, feel drained, beaten, depressed almost. And what I love the most is seeing those women grow from that to being the best version of themselves.

Most of the time, if you're feeling this low in life, it mostly has something to do with your career. Maybe it's not what you want to do, or you're just so ready for the next step and can do your current job with your brain switched off.  Then that is the moment that we should get to know each other, because shit needs to change!

My superpower is helping women become the best version of themselves in their careers so that they can get the kind of life they actually want.... one with abundant freedom, joy, and peace.

They started saying "no" when i decided that I wanted to do this and started applying. I got rejection after rejection, the same as my clients have been experiencing before coming to me. But those "no" made me want to push even harder and finally I cracked the code, changed careers and learned even more while being a recruiter and career coach for all those years.
